TRANSCRIPT

Do you realize that every sales interaction (voice mail / e-mail/ tweet, meeting, presentation, proposal) you have with a client is a once in lifetime moment of truth. Meaning… you will never ever in your lifetime be in this position at this time with this prospect or group of clients under these circumstances ever again!

Think about what I just said.

So doesn’t it make sense to make every sales interaction matter?

Which starts with … before any client conversation making time to think about this call, proposal, meeting from the buyer’s perspective … why, what and how do they want or need to hear from you?

The sales process is simply a series of these once in a lifetime moments of truth. Don’t blow the outcome by failing to prepare for each of these critical moments.
